AFX Consumer Trigger Email strategy and design
Developed and designed a series of trigger emails such as order processes, status, reminders and cancelations that would go to the consumer after checkout from Moto.com order page.
Client wanted a way to communicate to customers after check out to show order processing from MotoMakerTM.

The ordering process went very smoothly, and I was especially impressed by the clarity and appearance of both the acknowledgement of order (“You Designed It”), and the status update notification (“We’re Assembling It”).
