AFX Consumer Trigger Email strategy and design

Developed and designed a series of trigger emails such as order processes, status, reminders and cancelations that would go to the consumer after checkout from Moto.com order page. 

Client wanted a way to communicate to customers after check out to show order processing from MotoMakerTM.

‘Just wanted to let you know that I took the opportunity this morning to order Verizon Moto Maker units for my two daughters. The ordering process went very smoothly, and I was especially impressed by the clarity and appearance of both the acknowledgement of order (“You Designed It”), and the status update notification (“We’re Assembling It”). As a consumer, I thought this was great communication (even the tie in to the “hands free”). As far as I’m concerned, those notifications are best- in-class. Great job!’
